Love Your Neighbor

Last weekend a few of us were able to volunteer to help fill boxes of food to send to Haiti to feed the children. As you'll see in the video, children aren't given a name in Haiti until the age of 5 because so many do not survive in the first few years of life. It is so amazing that God can use us to help love our neighbors and share his love from so far away. We (Coast Hills Church) packed over 100,000 meals in one day, which is enough to feed 300 children for an entire year. When multiple people come together to serve, it is truly beautiful and so much is accomplished. If we could all do this a little more often, we might be able to make a dent in world hunger. God can use us in so many different ways to help love our neighbors and impact the rest of the world.

Luke 10:27 “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’ ; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ ”

Gotta love the hairnets
